Return & Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal – simple, fair and transparent.

Your right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. You will find the full legal information in our cancellation policy.

How to start a return

  1. Write to us at support@pawmony.shop with your order number – or use the “Withdraw from contract” function here in the shop.
  2. You will receive a confirmation from us with all the information about the return.
  3. Send the goods back well packed – ideally in the original packaging – to: Pawmony, Ronald Matthäus, Warendorfer Str. 512, 48157 Münster, Germany.

Return costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, we of course cover the costs.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal – by bank transfer and without any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us or you have provided proof of return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the money to reach your account.

Condition of the goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You only have to pay for any loss in value if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, please take photos of the parcel and its contents and contact us with your order number. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund – your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different product? The quickest way is to return the item under your right of withdrawal and simply place a new order.

Cancellation before shipping

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order. As long as it has not been shipped, we can almost always find a solution.
